Mental Fulfillment is building AWALA, a voice-first AI wellbeing assistant for short, structured moments of reflection, clarity and constructive next steps.

AWALA is not intended to provide therapy, diagnoses or emergency support. Responsible AI, psychological safety, privacy, human dignity and clear product boundaries are central to the work.

Possible funding and founding pathway

One additional technical founding profile—as a possible joint EXIST application.

Across our two technical explorations, we are currently considering one additional senior technical founding profile for a possible joint EXIST-Gründungsstipendium application. The profile could focus on architecture or hands-on artificial-intelligence product engineering. This means one possible profile across both descriptions—not one place per description.

This is not an awarded funding place, employment offer, stipend promise or guarantee of admission to a founding team. Company shares, a founder title, core-team status, salary and later employment are not promised. Roles, responsibilities, governance, intellectual property and any possible equity would have to be discussed separately and agreed in writing.

The early-stage reality

There is currently no approved budget for employment or an ongoing engagement under these explorations. Conversations are strictly for mutual assessment, such as introductory calls, a portfolio walkthrough or a joint review of existing materials. We do not request or accept unpaid development, consulting, design, strategy or any other operational work product.

Mental Fulfillment cannot currently provide an ongoing source of income; interested people should therefore not base their present professional or financial planning on compensation from us. We do not ask about private income or assets. Any later productive contribution begins only after a written and appropriately compensated agreement. Funding, employment, equity, title or core-team status is not promised.
